Day 1: Creative Direction
We’ve distilled the process down to three focused weeks.
Here’s exactly how it unfolds:

Description: Gather your feedback on the creative direction and typography selections. Incorporate revisions if needed and resubmit for final review. Then we begin building your brand identity, patterns, textures, illustrations, and mockups.
Deliverables: By end of Day 6, you'll receive a comprehensive Brand Presentation with an overview video by 7 PM EST.
Days 2-6 : Brand Identity Design
Description: At 10 AM EST, we'll hold our LIVE Revision Call to collaboratively perfect your brand identity. If any revisions come up, we’ve built in 4–6 hours of design time so we can make thoughtful refinements as needed.
Deliverables: We will finalize brand identity based on your feedback, preparing final brand files for delivery on Day 8 by 7 PM EST.
Day 7-8 : LIVE Revision Call + Revisions
Description: We will create custom-designed Canva social media graphics, notecards, business cards, brand guidelines, letterhead design, brand board and comprehensive brand guidelines.
Deliverables: You'll receive your collateral assets by 7 PM EST on Day 10.
Day 9-10 : Collateral + Social Media Design
Description: We will design your homepage for maximum impact and client conversion. Our Bespoke process allows for fully custom sections and up to 4 fully custom pages to accomodate your business needs.
Deliverables: You'll receive a strategic homepage layout alongside a personalized Loom video ready for your review by 7 PM EST.
Day 11 : Homepage Design
Description: If you had revisions, we will work through these first. Then, we will build all the remaining pages. We will deliver your completed website by 7 PM EST on Day 15.
Deliverables: You'll receive a personalized tutorial video for confident site management, plus access to Rosebud Academy for on-demand training.
Days 12-15 : Complete Website Design + Launch!
Because our work is highly collaborative and time-sensitive, communication is critical to your project’s success. You will need to remain available and responsive between 9 AM–5 PM EST during the project dates and to provide clear, detailed feedback and direction when requested.

Yes, you can. You can choose to finance with Affirm (or another processor) for all US clients. Payments start at $278/month for brand only; $434/month Brand & Web. For Bespoke, payments start at $1023/month.
For international clients, we don't offer pay over time options.
can i split my payment?
For our Signature package, you'll have two opportunities for revisions (Brand & Website). For the Bespoke, you'll have three opportunities for revisions (Fonts + Creative Direction, Brand, & Website).
If you need additional revisions, we would need to book those hourly.
Are revisions included?
Not a problem! We understand this is something that prevents a lot of designers from feeling ready. All our services include a curated stock photography gallery and custom AI images.
what if i don't have photography yet?
We recommend allowing yourself a full week to complete our homework and questionnaires.
Most of the work we need from you is front-loaded, meaning it will take a bit of time at the beginning, but once our design time begins, we'll need minimal input from you.
